Carla Weil is Director of Commercial Lending and Impact with Capital for Change, a role in which she oversees the affordable housing and energy efficiency lending for C4C. She is also part of the team that works on capitalization for the organization. A well-regarded CDFI pioneer and practitioner, Ms. Weil was the founding executive director of the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund where she served for 27 years. She is currently serving on the Board of the Fairhaven Community Health Care Center. Ms. Weil is a graduate of U.C.L.A. (B.A.) and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government where she earned a master’s degree in Public Policy (MPP).
