Carith Dean serves as the Director of Loan Servicing at Capital For Change, Inc., bringing over 20 years of experience in managing loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational efficiencies. In her leadership role, Carith oversees the day-to-day management and operations of loan servicing, ensuring efficient and compliant processing of loans throughout their lifecycle. She leads a team dedicated to customer service, risk mitigation, process optimization, and achieving results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Throughout her career, Carith has developed deep expertise in loan servicing, successfully implementing quality control systems as well as processes and strategies to streamline servicing operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Before joining Capital For Change, she held various roles that contributed to her leadership development. Carith worked as an administrative assistant in the Collections Department at Mechanics Savings Bank, collaborating closely with the department’s director to maximize efficiency and minimize delinquency. She also worked at the Harvard Financial School, where she assisted the department’s manager in streamlining various reporting processes.

Prior to migrating to the United States, Carith worked as a business analyst for an insurance company in Jamaica, managing systems and reporting functions while driving initiatives that improved efficiency, compliance, and profitability in insurance operations.

Carith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, an associate degree in General Studies, and a professional certificate in Project Management from Charter Oak State College. Additionally, she has obtained certificates in predatory lending, managing people, supervisory management, insurance studies, Crystal Reports, and basic computer programming.
