For a decade, Capital for Change (C4C) has been building stronger, more economically sustainable communities across Connecticut. Through strategic investments and community development services, we work to create and preserve affordable housing, expand opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents, support community-centered nonprofit organizations, and help small businesses create jobs and build wealth. What began as a bold vision has grown into Connecticut's largest Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), advancing opportunity and empowering communities to thrive.
Our 10th Anniversary Celebration is more than a milestone. It is a celebration of the people, partners, and communities that have made this journey possible. Together, we have expanded opportunities, invested in local economies, and helped create lasting impact where it matters most.
